Handyman & Home Repair Services
Perfect for smaller projects, punch lists, installations, repairs, and aging-in-place modifications.
$75 per hour
2-hour minimum
Examples include:
Home repairs
Door and hardware installation
Grab bar and accessibility modifications
Shelving and storage installation
Trim repairs
Honey-do lists
General handyman services
Remodels & Project Management
For larger remodeling projects or jobs that require planning, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors, pricing is provided as either:
- Custom project estimate (fixed bid)
- $100 per hour for project management and contractor services, when applicable.
Every remodeling project is unique, so Michael will meet with you, discuss your goals, and provide a detailed estimate before work begins.
Materials
Materials are billed separately from labor.
Whenever possible, you'll receive an estimate of material costs before work begins. If additional materials are needed during the project, those will always be discussed with you first. There are never hidden markups or surprise charges—just honest pricing and complete transparency.
